Learning to Worship when it is not Convenient
Show Notes

As we continue to worship together online during this age of social distancing and stay at home orders; one of the casualties has been our willingness and ability to sing in worship. Like us here at First Baptist, most churches are broadcasting their entire worship services which includes the "singing" portion but if we are to be honest - joining in with the singing from home is not that same as it is in person in the corporate setting. It is awkward, it is uncomfortable and it requires more effort and we tell ourselves that it doesn't really make a difference - but does it? This message examines the importance of singing worship songs and hymns in the life of a Christ follower and how our lack of singing might have a direct effect on some of the struggles we are facing right now. Join us to discover why singing is so important - especially in light of all we are currently facing.  From Psalms 100.
