In Hebrews 3:12-14, in the midst of warning about allowing our hearts to grow hardened to God's word and direction, He stresses that being an encourager is one of the prescriptions to that condition. He does not suggest, hope or even encourage us to be more encouraging to those around us; he commands it. What does he mean by "encouragers"?
