In the past 19 months, our nation and the world has been gripped by a worldwide Pandemic with the Coronavirus and it has affected every area of our lives - including the church and the faith of many Christ followers. While we would not like to admit it, or maybe we prefer to be in denial, but fear has taken hold of our lives and for many, it has been given a place of prominence in our hearts and minds. This fear, spurred on by agenda driven media storm, has effected our decision making, our peace and our faith. In Hebrews 2:14-15, the author reminds us that when Jesus Christ died on the Cross He not only conquered death, but He also defeated the slavery to fear that once consumed our lives. If we believe that to be true - then why are so many Christ Followers, freely and welcomingly - inviting this same defeated fear back into our lives? Why are we giving it the place of prominence reserved for the Holy Spirit? Join us as we examine how Fear can diminish our faith, destroy our relationship with God, and deter us from becoming who God has called and redeemed us to be. From Hebrews 2:14-15
