If you were to ask the questions, "What happens to us when we Die" to a group of people, the variety of answers might surprise you. Even in the Christian community, the question seems to bring our some crazy beliefs. I have heard everything from "becoming angels" or "ghost" to resurrection reincarnation. How did so many get so confused? Do we project what we "hope" might happen, or does it come from trying to offer comfort to those who are dealing with death? Maybe it arises because there are some things that the Bible calls a "mystery" and we don't do mysteries well, so we fill in the blanks ourselves.
